Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026.
Our new website is being prepared for launch. Public inquiry forms are not yet open on CapSourceLending.com. You can contact us by phone or email, or visit our main website. The form-related information below describes how information is handled when those features are available.
1. Who we are and what this notice covers
This Privacy Policy describes how CapSource LLC (“CapSource,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with CapSourceLending.com and inquiries made through this website. CapSourceLending.com is a website operated for CapSource LLC; it is not a separate company.
A loan application, credit authorization, lender portal, or other financial service may have additional notices and terms. This website notice does not replace a separate notice provided for those services.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us, request a conversation, or submit a project overview, you may provide:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, business name, and whether you are a borrower or broker.
- Property address or parcel details, property type, financing purpose, unit count, and investment plans.
- Estimated purchase price, property value, construction or renovation costs, existing debt, rental income, credit-score range, and relevant project experience.
- Information about an existing CapSource account executive and the contents of your communications.
If you submit another person’s information, such as a broker providing borrower details, provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank credentials, payment-card information, or identity documents in the initial project overview. If additional documents are needed, the team will explain the appropriate submission process.
3. Technical information and cookies
Our website and hosting services may process information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies and similar technologies may support essential functions such as sessions, security, and saved preferences. Browser controls can restrict or delete cookies, which may affect functionality. Linked third-party services may use their own cookies. Where third-party fonts are loaded, your browser may contact the font provider to retrieve them.
Where protected forms are available, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated or abusive activity and may process IP address, browser and device signals, and verification results. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Protected intake sessions use necessary security cookies; contact information is transferred to our deal-request form on thecapsource.com only when you choose to continue. Contact details are not placed in the handoff URL.
We plan to use Google measurement and advertising technologies and the Meta Pixel when the full website launches. These technologies may process browser or device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, page visits, referral and advertising identifiers, and events such as starting or completing an inquiry. They can help measure campaigns and support advertising to people who have visited the website. Google or Meta may associate this activity with information they hold under their own policies. These optional measurement and advertising integrations are not active on the coming-soon website.
4. Google, Meta, and advertising choices
Google and Meta are intended advertising and measurement recipients. Their technologies can use cookies, pixels, and similar identifiers to measure conversions, understand campaign performance, and support remarketing across websites or services.
Use to allow or reject optional analytics and advertising in this browser. Optional categories default to off. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the advertising category remains off. Preferences are stored in this browser; clearing site data or using another browser can require a new choice.
Some advertising disclosures may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws even when no money is paid. You can disable the advertising category through Your Privacy Choices and contact CapSource about other applicable privacy rights.
Learn more from Google’s partner-site data explanation, Google My Ad Center, Meta’s Privacy Policy, and Meta’s ad preferences. Choices offered by those services are separate from this website’s controls.
5. How information is used
- Respond to questions and arrange conversations with the CapSource team.
- Review your investment plans and discuss potentially relevant financing programs.
- Maintain communications, direct an inquiry to an account executive, and support an existing business relationship.
- Measure website and advertising performance and support remarketing, subject to the applicable privacy choices.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and secure the website and related business systems.
- Maintain appropriate business records, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations.
Submitting an initial project overview is not a loan approval or an authorization to obtain a credit report. A separate process and any required authorization apply if a credit review is later requested.
6. When information may be disclosed
Information may be made available to CapSource personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, communications, scheduling, customer relationship management, or technical operations. The website uses Hostinger and WordPress. Website notification emails are configured to be delivered through SMTP2GO, and our team uses Google email services to receive and respond to inquiries. These email services may process sender and recipient details, message content, and delivery information. Zoho services are planned for scheduling and customer relationship management. These services can process information to support the purposes described above.
When you ask us to explore financing for a project, relevant information may also be disclosed to financing partners or other participants involved in reviewing or arranging the requested transaction. Those organizations may provide their own privacy notices.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal process, to address fraud or security issues, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or transfer, subject to applicable requirements.
7. Your communications and privacy requests
You can contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop promotional communications. Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, a copy of certain information, or an opt-out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing. Available rights and applicable exceptions depend on your location, the nature of the information, and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.
Use an unsubscribe option included in a promotional email, or contact the team using the details below. Opting out of promotional communications does not necessarily stop responses to your requests or communications needed for an ongoing transaction.
Please avoid including sensitive identity or financial documents in a privacy-request email. We will explain any verification information needed.
8. Retention and security
Retention depends on why information was collected, the status of an inquiry or business relationship, transaction and recordkeeping requirements, and any legal or dispute-related obligations. You may ask the team about retention or request deletion; applicable obligations or other lawful grounds may require some records to be retained.
No website, email service, or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security. Contact the team if you believe information submitted to this website has been exposed or used improperly.
9. Other websites and services
This website includes links to third-party services, including business profiles and social platforms. When you follow a link or use a third-party service, that service’s privacy practices and terms apply to its handling of your information. A link does not mean that CapSource controls that service.
10. Children
This website is intended for adults seeking business-purpose real estate investment financing. It is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information through this website.
11. Changes and contact details
We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website, business practices, or applicable requirements. The revised notice will show an updated date. Where additional notice or consent is required, that process will apply.
